One Secure Portal For Apps

OneLogin’s portal gives users one-click access to all their web apps in the cloud and behind the firewall – via desktops, smartphones and tablets. OneLogin’s policy-driven security and multi-factor authentication ensure that only authorized users get access to sensitive data.

Security Simplified

Empower employees, customers and partners with secure access to your cloud and company apps on any device. Transform your enterprise security and centralize control of users, apps and devices.

Multiple Logins

OneLogin lets you create any number of logins to the same type of application. If you have five WordPress sites or two Google Apps accounts, OneLogin makes them available with one password, one click. If you have different staging and production environments, multiple logins is a real time-saver.

Desktop Single Sign On (SSO)

OneLogin only prompts users for credentials when necessary. Users who are already signed into their corporate Windows domain get automatically signed into OneLogin using Integrated Windows Authentication. Or you can use OneLogin’s API to programmatically sign in users from intranet solutions, such as SharePoint.

Deep Linking

Users don’t always have to access apps via OneLogin’s portal. Many times, apps are launched via links in emails, such as document sharing notifications or meeting invites. Just click the link and OneLogin gets you signed in automatically.

Cloud Search does not need to index anything, but relies on each individual app’s own search capabilities. This not only makes it super fast, but also keeps your corporate data safe in the apps you trust to protect them.

Shared Logins

OneLogin lets you share credentials with multiple users without having to give out the password. Some apps don’t support multiple users at the same time, such as Twitter, FedEx or SurveyMonkey. Now you can safely share apps without handing out credentials when people join or leave the organization.
